General FAQ
YES. All of our options are private excursions. Contact us so we may help you plan further your private tour.
NO. We offer excursions to everyone! Although the majority of our guests are cruise ship passengers, we also accommodate independent travelers as well as locals.
YES. We have many Roatan tours suitable for large groups and we have available different types of air-conditioned vehicles according to the number of passengers visiting us.

Excursion Preparation FAQ
We recommend bringing: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, beach towel, camera, OFF Bug Spray, and anything excursion specific that is not provided to you.
YES. To be used on incidentals. In Roatan, the US Dollar is used widely, as is the Honduran Lempira. Be aware that ripped or written dollar bills will not be accepted. Some establishments may not accept the use of credit cards.
YES. Roatan is not in the path of the big hurricanes, so we rarely get one, but we do get occasional rain showers that last a few minutes. It’s a rare day that it rains full day non-stop on our island. All of our tours operate rain or shine, we would never do anything if we stopped for a little rain!
Excursion Pickup FAQ
Tour pick up is at the time of arrival of your ship. Please disembark as soon as your cruise reaches port and follow the port exit & meetup instructions emailed to you.
Your guide will meet you within a short walking distance of the ship unless otherwise noted. When you finalize the booking for your excursion, your ticket will be sent to you via email with the following detailed tour guide meeting instructions corresponding to your arrival port: Port Meeting Point.
If you are staying in a hotel or resort, we’ll meet you in the lobby.
Please wait till 7:15 AM local time to disembark, a Roatan 21 Tours Representative will be waiting for your party at the meetup point.
Please disembark immediately and follow the port exit & meetup instructions sent to you.
Don’t Worry! We follow closely your cruise port schedule. Your tour date will be moved to the day your boat arrives. Please follow the port exit & meetup instructions upon arrival.
Once you have booked your tour and we have received all of the necessary information from you, you will be emailed a confirmation with a voucher attached. The voucher is what you need to print and take with you, as it has the necessary information for our dispatcher to send you on the right tour and contains your detailed meeting instructions.
If you have not received a confirmation email for any reason, please make sure that we have received all of the necessary information from you. If you have submitted information and have not received a confirmation within 24-48 hours, please Contact Us.
